We believe that a safe environment provides an opportunity for a woman to begin
to take charge of her life. Without distractions she can explore what’s really going
on inside herself and within her personal relationships. Once she has an
opportunity
to identify the issues that have been disrupting her life, she can begin
to develop
her personal authority, emotional strength and physical health. While medications
may be helpful or necessary, the decisions and actions that occur
during treatment
will eventually chart the course of her emotional life.
